如同法文"L'idiot" 一字代表的傻氣，L'IDIOT驢子餐廳希望所有顧客在這裡可以放鬆心情，帶著天真、隨性、甚至可以說略為傻氣的感覺，無拘無束的用餐、自由自在的大笑，高聲闊論的乾杯。一如L'IDIOT的logo-一隻閉著眼睛、悠哉奔跑得幸福驢子。L'IDIOT對於何謂美食更有一套自己的哲學思想，只要顧客自己覺得好吃，享受當下的滿足感，那就是美食!

L'IDIOT的料理呈現出對食物單純的熱愛，以簡單、輕鬆的烹飪手法，搭配台灣季節性新鮮食材，變化出多樣別出心裁的歐式創意風味菜，展現豐盈而純粹的美味。

L'IDIOT means "idiot" in French. It is nicknamed as "The Donkey Restaurant" for a very simple reason: we hope that all customers can set their minds free, be naive, be random, or even be slightly silly while dining the restaurant. Customers are expected to dine, wine, laugh, and chat cheerfully - with spirits portrayed in L'IDIOT's logo, a carefree donkey strolling proudly with one eye closed.

The philosophy behind L'IDIOT RESTAURANT comes from our love for food. Using in-season local ingredients to prepare unique European country-style cuisines, L'IDIOT defines "delicacy" with its simple philosophy, which is nothing more than tasty food that makes one wants to come back for more.
